Gordon Ebanks

Co-Founder and CEO

Gordon is an experienced entrepreneur who has created several successful internet businesses and web sites. He was also President and Founder of Performance Wave, a successful CRM startup acquired by Gelco, formerly a software division of GE, in 1999. Mr. Ebanks also served as CTO of Tambrands, prior to the 1997 acquisition by Procter and Gamble. During this time he lead the team that launched what is now BeingGirl (www.beinggirl.com), one of the most successful branded-communities on the Internet. BeingGirl is nearly 13 years old and available in 43 different languages. In addition, Mr. Ebanks has held executive positions with Time Warner, Hitachi America, Procter and Gamble, XML Global and Exxon Mobil Oil.

Pam Barry

COO and Co-Founder

Pam has over 17 years experience as a successful entrepreneur on both sides of the Atlantic. Notably, as founder and CEO for Computer Plus, she led business development to provide a steady 40% year on year profit. Before assuming her role as COO, Pam was an executive at CDNow.com, later part of Bertelsmann, where she was recipient of the CEO Outstanding Leader Award.

Elizabeth Cuccinello

EVP of Business Development and In-House Counsel

Elizabeth has over ten years experience assisting technology companies with their legal and business development needs. Her focus has been on assisting start ups and growth stage companies go to the next level by negotiating strategic partner ventures, implementing unique marketing strategies and putting together unstoppable sales teams. Elizabeth received her JD from Pace Law School where she graduated with a certificate of concentration in International Law.
